Done the Big Chop But Have left over permed ends HELP

Okay Hi!
ive done the big chop 12-8-10 & my younger sister cutt it for me now its short but i just recently noticed that i still have some permed ends because it looks fussy and the rest of my hair doesnt and it feels weird compared to my curl pattern now i already tried to put conditioner on it and water to determine which parts are permed but i just cant tell because its short help!

I would just leave it as is for now and just get trims until the permed ends are gone. If the ends aren't unbearable to live with and don't completely mess up your style, you can wait until it grows out some and just trim it a bit.

I had the same problem and my solution was and still is...I do roller sets.
And I seal the ends with oil to prevent frizz.
Hope this is of some help. Don't despair....it will get better soon.
And don't forget....'our' hair has a mind of her own....

I was just gunna ask this question!...hahah..Mine are so frizzy and super dry after drying unlike my natural hair ...Ill go try some oil.

I use oil on wet and on dry hair.
EVOO and Coconut oil on wet hair and the Coconut oil on dry hair.
Don't use too much oil. Good luck!!

Thankyou. Its so wierd cause I'll have a curl and at the end will be blooming hair, so fat and fluffy. Thats why my hair looks so thick. hahh

For month after I big chopped I was snipping straight ends off of my hair. I would usually just do it when I washed it and if I styled and and saw pieces sticking out.

Then I realized as it started to grow out that I have some straight hairs. This can possibly be what you are seeing, too.

I agree with MomnWife. I snipped at straight ends for several weeks until they were all gone. They're very easy to see after you wash. You'll see fewer as the weeks go by and eventually they'll be no more. You look really cute, btw.
