Washington DC/Maryland Braiders

Hi, Everybody.

I'll be in DC for a conference and would love to give my hair a rest and get some braids. Unfortunately, I live in Portland, OR: Not many (any?!) braiders out this way. So I thought...while in DC, might as well get smart and get right...Any suggestions would be appreciated!
