Fasting and Fibroids (curing it the natural way)

I am 30 years old and would like to one day be blessed with children but my womb is being invaded by these tumors called fibroids, I am a holistic health practitioner and by gaining that experience I understand the power in self healing and that's where fasting comes in.
I overstand that I have to change the way I look at my food and water intake.
I just need some support to keep me on track.
Here's the outline of what's needed to cure my womb :
1. Drink at least 1 gallon of distill water per day or take my weight and divide it in half and that's how many ounces one should intake per day.
2. Drink more green drinks (fresh squeezed).
3. Fast on water & Veggie drinks only for 30 days (no solid food intake).
4. Keep a journal.
5. Meditate and keep yourself mind state calm, positive
6. Take Epson salt bath (not if you have high blood pressure) this will help you detox.

I am thinking about starting my fast Dec. 6, 2009 and I will keep a journal of how I am doing.

I`d like to join you. I might start one day later because dh and me have to join his chefs christmas party but I am definitely in. I am also plagued with fibroids and looking for natural way(s) to get rid of them. My plans for 2010 include beginnig the trainig to beome a holistic health practicioner, currrently I am an RN/ICU-Nurse.

Aww that's great. I just started my day with some water I am almost finished the first bottle. So where are you going to get your training? You will learn so much about yourself and how to heal yourself that you are gonna be glowing.

I love that you are doing this the natural way. Are you familiar with Queen Afua or Dr. Jewel Pookrum? They are both holistic health practitioners. Sister Pookrum is actually an M.D. and also believes in preventative care. I have both of their books and just wanted to put their names out there as persons to know if you aren't already familiar with them or for the other sisters on here who want to learn.

I'll definitely be checking up on you along this journey. You'll be free of those fibroids!

I live in germany, so the training may differ from the training in the US. Here, you just have to pass your exam (which is difficult, but doable) and do not have to work or trainee with another hp. weird....so I decided to ask some holistic practicioners I already know and perhaps my ob-gyn who integrates holistic elements in her work if I can be their trainee. I´d love to specialize on herbs, aromatherapy and nutrition later on, so this fibroid fast is a good beginnig ( I am more a practice-what-you-preach-person [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]).
I am still working out my eating plan, because I want to integrate some other aspects of my eating/living habits (more of this soon...). I am really looking forward to share this yourney with you.

The journey is hard but I feel I can do it

I am in! I started my raw food a few days ago with greens smoothies and salads. Next up is a fertility cleanse including herbal teas and castor oil packs. Looking forward to this! I am still a little nervous and hope that I have a smooth transition into another lifestyle [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] .

I just found this thread and wanted to check on your progress (sorry I don't have twitter) I have fibroid and would love to learn more about healing my body naturally. Any infor would be great.

just interested in how the progress is going. i had fibroids but i had them removed through surgery. praising God that they haven't returned!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] i'm actually thinking of going vegan with an occasional splurge of shrimp (just not right that i have to let it go altogether, lol). so i'm really interested in how the change is affecting you.
