I would love to have a Big Sister for my hair

My hair has been start for 20 or the 25 yrs that I've been alive. Finally I have decided to go natural. I am at my 7month mark now, and I am frustrated. I do not plan on cutting my hair anytime soon, I want to transition without a big chop. I have coarse, thick hair and I have ALOT of hair on my head. At this point my hair is dry when I wash it myself at home and I have really bad dry scalp as well. My daily do is mainly a wrap out, I get wash and sets every wk or 2.
