Hi Megafaith...I see no one has commented so I did a little digging for you.

Here is what one person said on the hennaforhair forum at http://www.hennaforhair.com/forum/index.php?module=phpwsbb&PHPWSBB_MAN_OP=view&PHPWS_MAN_ITEMS=741 "Body art quality henna is very safe for mothers, and is recommended by doctors to women who wish to dye their hair while pregnant."

And here is another site where they do henna art on baby bellies...so if it safe to put directly on the skin of a pregnant belly than I am sure its safe to use in your hair! LOL the are is really neat on this site Wis I had thought about that when I was prego but oh well....never again!!! LOL...that ship has sailed Very Happy. http://www.hennacaravan.com/pregnancy.html
