Does anyone here use highlighter and know a good highlighter that is reasonably priced? All the ones that I want are pretty expensive and I'm looking for a cheaper one but is good quality.

You can use a concealer as a highlight. I use NYX concealer. Try to get one that is one to two shades lighter than you. You may also use a foundation that you purchased or have that is too light.
