A good sleep cap for kids?

Post by kekesmum on 24th October 2010, 11:12 pm

My daughter cannot keep a sleep cap on her head at night! I've tried a few as well as scarves, even a couple layers and she always ends up with them off by morning. She moves around SO much at night, I never know where I'm going to find her in the morning. Does anyone know of any good caps that I could use or any tricks to get the one I have to stay on? (Right now she has a bonnet.)

If none of those work for her, the only thing I can think of is getting her a satin pillow case.

Thanks for the suggestion, I had considered doing that, but she doesn't sleep on the pillow. She's usually at the opposite end of the bed by morning.

Maybe I should just cover the whole bed in satin Wink

I use the ones that have a grey band going around them from Walmart. They come in a few different colors, pink, black and I think purple. The best ones I've used so far. Lately we've been slacking with the cap though. Every now and then she will sleep on a satin pillowcase.
