i hate to say it, but its not the stylist that helps make hair grow, but proper care of hair that can be done on your own.

nonetheless, try art tech hair studio off of kaley ave. ask for ms.daphne, she is the owner. they are great! it is a family-run business. very professional. she will do an assessment of ur hair before she works on it.
