Hello, I use the mix curly Nikki refers to with green tea, honey, and a little oil...i recently started adding amla to the mix. But after I rinse henna out I use Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus. I love it. Just make sure you use something that is a deep conditioning or has tons of moisture! Good luck!
