i just used a acv rinse and my hair just shrank like crazy. i have never had this happen before. it looked like i had dreads Shocked!!!!! i stopped useing heat a few weeks ago and i have washed my hair twice a week ever since i stopped using heat( i never had a relaxer before). has this happened to anybody before?? scratch I still cant believe this happened. im am lucky i have knot today!!!!

Yes, this has happened to me. ACV is a rinse to remove buildup and restore the ph of your hair, so I DC and condition after ACV and my hair returns to normal. If you are very concern then you might want to rinse with 1TBS of baking soda in your conditioner. Be sure to rinse it out before you proceed to DC and styling.
