Have you ever been to Strandz in Maplewood? They do good hair in the salon but its hard to get an appointment...

Strandz never heard of them.. Looking for a great place to get a trim and blowout/flat iron...

I've been to Strandz personally, the owner did my hair.. I really liked it..Like I said, its really hard to get an appointment...

I haven't been to Nedjetti because she is so expensive for a regular everyday hair style.. Maybe for special occasions...

Iv'e been to Hair Mechanics in Orange. They are moderately priced.

Never been to Strandz but my coworker goes there and she likes it.

I recently went to The Natural Twist in East Orange. A lady named Delia did my BC and also twist my hair. She did a great job and it was reasonable pricing.

Hey, where is this place located (I'm in Orange) and what kind of products do they use?

Its located at 540 Williams Street. Right around the corner from Forman Mills. The owner actually makes her own products. I liked how my hair felt afterwards. Delia is not the owner. She is one of the stylist. It is a small shop.

Nedjetti did my big chop. She is great, but definitely over-priced. A friend of mine also suggested Strandz, but I did hear about how hard it is to get an appt.

I'm looking for a salon I can go to for the times I want to blow-dry and straighten/trim.
