How light can you go?

I want to color my hair like THAT!! FIERCE COLOR...Can a henna colordo that?

I think you should add some spices to your mix? Play around with your henna! I have henna'ed 2 times now (once every 2 weeks) and I was going for a auburn color ( I have dark black hair!). That didnt quite work out, I ended up getting some dark red color/tint in the light, but in my second henna I added cinnamon (which made a huge difference) and for my next henna I will add paprika and cinnamon and see how that works.

Not to be a debbie downer but I doubt you will get that hair color from simply using henna. You'd have to use some kind of bleach or peroxide to get it that light. Henna doesn't remove color it adds a red color/tint to dark hair. Go here for an eBook with information about what henna can do http://www.hennaforhair.com/freebooks/hennaforhair.pdf. Unless your hair is white, grey or blonde you will most likely not achieve that color by using henna.

As for using cinnamon and spices etc here's my henna mix:

100 grams of Mashhoor henna
1/4 cup of ground coffee
2 cups of chamomile tea made with filtered water(no green tea in apt)
2 tbs of honey
3 squirts of lemon juice
2 tsp of ground ginger root(for smell)

and my results:

I tried the cinnamon with the lemon juice last weekend when I did my henna and found no difference. Oh well. No biggie.

Use cinnamon by itself. Mix with conditioner. Cinnamon has a high peroxide content. You may have to do several treatments.

A word of caution: cinnamon is a stimulant so you'll definitely feel it on your scalp. It's not unbearable and the sensation will dissipate.

I use saigon cinnamon, I find it rinses out easily.
