I haven't updated this thing in quite some time...

I haven't been doing much with my hair. I have begun to achieve 5 and 6 day hair which is great so I can style my hair and it'll last about a week. As far as styling goes; I shampoo, condition then blow out my hair. I then do a chunky twistout or a flat twist out. This gives me big fluffy hair.

A couple weeks ago I accidentally chopped off too much hair on the right side (trying to do a trim) so my hair is about an inch uneven. It doesn't bother me though because I actually like the way it looks, kind of like I got an asymmetrical curly cut.

Your hair looks so soft and moisturized. I love the look and wouldn't have even noticed the "mis-cut" if you didn't mention it. Looks good to me lol

I love your hair. It almost looks like you have krimps from back in the day-lol (maybe I am showing my age), but it looks great. How often do you trim your hair? I am going to attempt to dust today. Wish me luck!

Thanks FM! I don't have a set schedule for trimming, I just do it when I feel like my ends are getting iffy. I usually trim while my hair is in twists (I personally think its easier) but I was being lazy so I ended up cutting off more than I usually do.

Haha, Thanks! Yep, I always do it. I usually put my hair in twists and trim that way but I was being lazy and decided to just cut all over and I paid for it. lol, Im getting used to it though and it'll grow back in no time so its no biggie. Very Happy

Ha! i've had several self-trimming adventures,i guess it just goes w/the territory. i'm trying to work up the nerve (& the money) to get a professional curly trim on dry hair tho...looking at your hair it def doesn't stand out in a bad way. your hair's looking pretty sleek too!

Thanks Kea! I wanna try going to a professional too but I'm terrified lol I wish I stayed near a Devachan salon. They do the BEST curly cuts I have ever seen.
