Oil Cleansing Method

Since reading this thread I started doing the OCM and so far so good. I mix castor oil with EVOO and tree tea oil. The only time I've notice breakout is during my menses which I know there is not much I can do since it's hormonal but I was thinking maybe adding a little more castor oil during that time....it's worth a shot

I have started breaking out along the jawline on the right side of my face I freaked out about it and went and got some St. Ive's lol However, I did start working out. I'm not giving up on this yet! It's almost time for me to make a new batch. I may try a different mixture.

I've been trying the OCM as a night moisturizer and oatmeal for the day. My skin has been feeling wonderful. However, I still get a few break outs, but not as bad as before. I did some research on the different kinds of oils. I found that some of my favorite oils cause breakouts. I am going to change oils I use and see if that works.

My favorite, coconut oil is the biggest culprit. Primrose which good for skin but comedogenic. I don't like the heavy oils so rice bran, olive oil, and grapeseed oil, are out.

I am going to try this recipe. Facial Serum Switch out the evening primrose for sesame, cranberry seed oil and meadowfoam oil.

When I first started using the OCM I only did it once or twice a week until my skin became accustomed to it. Now I do it once daily or at least every other day.

I had years of BC pills help ovarian cyst and I decided that I do not want chemicals in my body more, and now my skin is messed up.

I have the oiliest skin ever! My face is extra dry immediately after washing and then oils up 10 minutes later.

I usually use 5 oil absorbing sheets before pictures. The rest of the day I just deal because there isn't a point. I always look sweaty and greasy.

I've tried this a couple times and already the blackheads on my cheeks are disappearing. My skin looks refreshed and isn't oily at all. By the next night however my skin feels olly so I just do it again. I use 30% castor oil and 70% grape seed oil. I'm going to keep doing it and see where it takes me. I also will probably exfoliate with st. ives apricot scrub on sunday night.

I oil refining method, do not use per se, but I use it as your moisturizer and oil have become your eyelashes. I coconut oil and / or use jojoba oil or castor oil.

I tried this for the first time last night. I don't really have zits, but I do suffer from extremely oily skin. I stay wiping up oil slicks. All. Day. Every. Day.

First, make sure you choose extra virgin olive oil, olive oil and non-formal. Olive oil is often thick, it will make you break out. Just be careful to choose your oil, because it is very easy for the two confused. It is very important, if you want the oil cleaning method to work properly.

Use two type oil for oil claning Method . one is Castor oil and second is primary oil.
Second method is use to face pack grease cutting and antibacterial. This method is very expensive

I use honey, organic raw materials to do this. Hanuka honey is best to use, but expensive. I ran out, so I just use regular honey, just make sure it is raw and organic. I used Neemtone, I fell in love with it, that is, I believe that my skin really cleared.

When I first tried the oil cleansing method, I used Castor Oil and EVOO. It wasn't helping by any means, and I stopped after a few months. I revisisted it last week, and my face feels amazing. This time I used 60% Castor Oil, 20% EVCO and 20% Grapeseed Oil. I even use grapeseed oil to moisturize my face now. My skin is beyond oily, but this has been keeping it under control, and feeling soft. My skin is glowing. I'm using it every other day at this point and still using my Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash the other days. If it continues to go well just might switch over completely.
