Good Morning Everyone,

I co-washed last night with Suave Coconut and Curls Sublime Con. I used Fleurtzy's Curl Cream and Butter to do large twists. This morning I'm wearing one of my lock-socs. That's about it.

Hey BBD,

I wanna know too. I got some and the jury is still out for me. I think once my hair grows out some and I can do a twist/coil out I might really be able to see how it works.

I don't know, the jury is still out. Going off of what Fluertzy says and other who have used it - I didn't get the same results. I did a co-wash, applied Giovanni as my leave-in and then applied the curl cream in sections raking it through. I was going for a WnG. As it was drying I wasn't getting the desired look/effect I wanted. I think with me it has to do with the "hanging" effect. Also my hair is so random it varies from 3B-4A. Even with raking and them using my Denman - my curls didn't individualize themselves. I didn't get the softness either. So I applied some of the butter and did twists. It was ok - but I've had better success with other products. I'll have to revisit it, maybe using another method or when my hair gets longer. I have read some use in conjuction with a gel - maybe I'll have to try that to get the look I want.

With the butter - I love the consistentcy and the way it melts in your hands - I used that last night to braid about 7 braids - my hair is soft - but no real shine. I'm beginning to rethink coconut oil for my hair.

I'm not a big fan of coconut oil for my hair either. I don't know why I thought somewhere it has protein in it, but that's not the case. But I have read online that it can be drying for some. Still researching why. I'll have to check on Fleurty's website and naturallycurly.com to see how others are using the curl creme.

I'm glad the butter worked out for you. I think I'll definitely continue to use that (after my product challenge).

Have a great day! I plan to retry the curl creme over the weekend b4 my product challenge starts. I'll let you know how it goes.

Good Morning Ladies,

Hair - last night I used Fluertzy's butter to do about 7 braids. I unraveled this morning and my hair is fluffy with volume. But the shine factor is lacking a little. It feels hydrated and soft though. I get better definition on wet hair though.
