@lynnie- well, it's up and down. sometimes I have strength to punch that shift button- other times not. Today is a good day. The wrist is on the mend. Maybe about 30%. Hope to be close to 100 by end of April. Hard to believe it's been almost a month!

@ Jcalena- thank you very much for the avi compliment. I took that pic at a napturally me meeting. My favorite twist out so far. i should probably use that product again!

@kinkynappy- thanks for the welcome. It has been quite the challenge typing with one hand. I have regained the use of 4 fingers on my broken one. that's progress.

regarding the wng- hate that pic. I looked SO tired, and on percocet. lol. but the hair was ok. thanks for the compliment. i love wngs. they are great during the summer. i feel so refreshed when I walk out with my wngs!

It's been an interesting week so far chicas. I have been wearing a twist out all week which I've been retwisting at night. I'm a rough sleeper and prolonging them is a challenge. The next day I'm a MM- matted mess. So, I twist, and I twist... I'm using Tressamme Naturals in my spray bottle to moisturize. I'm loving that stuff. Cant wait to try co-washing with it. Maybe tomorrow.

I like the Tresemme Naturals too. I've only used it twice but it is waaaaay better than VO5. VO5 does not for Roxie anymore. She had outgrown it.

Sweet- I dreamed I knew you this weekend? Why?? Dunno! LOL Thanks for checking on me. Yes, I am twisting, hitting buttons, fastening my own bra straps... lol. Slowly but surely. Still taking me forever to do things but major progress is happening!

Well, it's been a crazy Tuesday and I'm at home watching my favorite shows. I'm on the 3rd day of a twist out, which I retwist at night. Thelma is getting bigger and bigger with each twist out and I LIKE it!

In other news, I'm supposed to get on the road this weekend for a basketball tourney but my son rolled his ankle so it may not happen. But then again, it just might.

Good morning lovelies! Hope you're having a great day. I was lamenting over my hair being too tight yesterday. Not sure what I did wrong in that situation... My hair was mainly damp when I twisted it but whoa it was so tighty coiled it wasn't funny. Maybe over use of product? In any case, I retwisted it last night and sprayed it with water/condish mix and Thelma is looking and feeling much better. She even has a little bounce in her step!

you twist are soo nice...what are you using? Did you tell me that you were using Curls? Well I tried Curls and my hair was soo cute yesterday....however, this morning I had BED HEAD BAD!!!

Had to co-wash and start that thing over again!!!

I'm loving your twist-out..so share your technique!!! I'm so challenged when it comes to twists.

KNH- Thanks! I do usually use Curls but this time I only used the SheaMoisture Curl Smoothie along with my shea mix. I wanted to test it out alone and it worked great but came out too tight. I twisted on semi-damp hair the first time but retwisted last night on dry. I plan to use it every now and again but stick primarily to Curls. Either way I ALWAYS have bed head; so I retwist most nights.
@Sweet- sorry about that! I don't know how to delete the other one! I did it not realizing the butters and bars thread would move over automatically. And the wrist is still sore, but ok. I need to go to rehab next but I'm feeling kind of Amy Winehouse-ish about it. BUT!!-- I'm going!

You are having a great hair (and outfit) day! So tell me about Curls. Are you using the professional formula, or the Curls for Target. I did an ingredient check for the professional line and it has a lot of similar ingredients to the Curl Junkie and other products that I like.
