Mixing Henna Empty Mixing Henna

I am not too sure but here goes. When mixing the Jamila Henna if following Nikki's steps, if you use 2 boxes does this mean you double the amount of green tea and honey? This is my 3rd time using henna and it never occured to me. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I would suggest preparing twice as much tea and pouring it in slowly to see if you need to use it all. As for the honey, I suggest doubling it up or at least using more than what is suggested.

Adding honey or Black strap molasses with Amla does the same thing for softness. I would not add any eggs to my mix since that is protein and therefore more drying. Also, for people looking for color for their grey hair, this may prevent color uptake. sunny
