The Frugalista Files
Hey Curlies,
I discovered a great personal finance book that I think each one of us can relate to. The author takes you through a daily log about how she changed her spending habits and made better financial choices in order to pay off her $20,000 debt and still enjoy life. I just started reading the book, but I am hooked. As I am reading, the first major step is have a month of no buying. This means that you can only spend money on your bills and the essentials, such as food. It is a bit of a challenge, but it will also disicpline you. I am up for the challenge, what about you?
The book information is as follows:
The Frugalista Files
Natalie P. McNeal
- I found the book at Borders, but I am sure it is available at any bookstore.
- She also have a blog if you are interested. TheFrugalista.com
Enjoy Ladies!
