Rosemary is known to be an all around good herb for the hair, but how does one actually use it? What way is the most convenient? What are good rosemary hair recipes?
I'm really amped to get in the kitchen and start cookin' things up!

You can get a bunch of the rosemary and place it in a jar. Fill the jar with your favorite carrier oil. For the carrier oil you can use EVOO, castor oil, jojoba oil or your favorite oil. The longer you let it sit the better. The better the rosemary (organic) and oil (virgin, organic, unrefined) the better your conoction. I think sitting it in the dark will help. You can then use the oil to massage your scalp, oil rinses, pre-poos, add to cleansers, conditioners and stylers.

You could also buy the essential oil and add a few drops to your oils, cleansers and conditioners.

Before using this or any other herb or essential oil check to ensure you do not have any of the conditions that could harm you or small children. I had a site I would go to but I cannot find it in my favorites. It may be on my work computer.

I get the Rosemary EO and add it to my mixtures. I have an oil blend that I make with a number of oils and rosemary is included. I'm putting together a list for a homemade DC and I'm including Rosemary. Still researching so this may change.

Deep Conditioner

1. Amla powder or oil

2. Conditioner

3. Coconut Milk

4. Coconut Oil

5. Honey

6. Olive Oil

7. Peppermint Oil (2-5 drops)

8. Rosemary Oil (2-5 drops)

9. Sage Oil (2-5 few drops)

10. Yogurt (Plain)

Also, Rosemary is good for dry, irritate skin. I've made a few oil mixes for my body and I love it!

I really need to try to do the blend that Chrs mentioned.
