So, I'll be graduating from college in a few weeks and I'm not sure how I want to do my hair. Everyone keeps telling me to straighten it so I can wear my cap "properly" but I always rock my fro. How can I match these two together and still stay me as I walk across the stage?

Have you considered doing a braid out or twist out for a "wavy" look?

I had the same issue a few months ago when I graduated back in December. What I ended up doing was flat twisting the front and doing small to medium sized twists in the back.

If you don't know how to flat twist there are loads of tutorials on youtube that I watched and practiced with a few weeks before hand. They didn't look have bad by the time the big day came.

My cap fit fine, but I did bobby pin my hat to my hair just for an extra bit of secruity. I will try to find pictures to show you.
