It was the BEST experience and I am soo glad that I went. I bought ear rings at one table, shea butter and african black soap at another table and skin softening body sugar and moisturizer from another. I am already looking forward to the next one. I am soo thankful for this website because if it had not been for the advertisement here, I would not have known anything about it.

I am so sorry I missed out! Committed to my co-worker/friend I would attend her mom's event. Planned to leave and head to Baltimore around 2 but things ran late. Maybe next time. Whomp, whom Crying or Very sad

So Jane Carter's did end up showing up?!?! AWW MAN!!!!!! When I went by their table they weren't there yet we thought they'd bailed out on the show. I was trying to see if I could get a deal on the Nourish and Shine!

I attended the event as well and had a blast!! Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that Malaika (creator of this expo) will be doing a similar event in July. This one is an outdoor event and is free. Here is a link to the event for last year, hopefully she will be updating it soon for this year's event:

Yes, I heard good things about the event last year. This was the same day as another event mentioned on meetup.com's group DMV Naturals, another group I am a part. They hosted a crab feast after the HappyNappy Day.
